SUBSTANCE: filling nozzle comprises inlet pipe for receiving fluid from the filling tank and outlet pipe mounted for permitting telescopic sliding along the output pipe to direct the fluid from the pipe to the receiving tank. The nozzle also has fluid valve that is automatically opened and closed when the outlet pipe slides and the air duct and valve for control of air flow inside the nozzle from the receiving tank to the filling tank so that the receiving tank is completely filled.
