FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical means of parameter measurement in relative approaching of spacecrafts (SC), namely, to optic-electronic systems of speed control. The system of spacecraft speed control when approaching includes the following components placed on an active spacecraft: a TV camera with a receiver on the basis of a CMOS-sensor, a narrow-band light filter, a signal control and processing unit. On a passive spacecraft in the plane of a coupling unit perpendicular to the axis "OX" of this spacecraft, there are four optical beacons. Optical beacons form a rectangle, two sides of which are parallel to lines of sensitive elements of the CMOS-sensor. The TV camera to produce an image of the passive SC, the narrow-band light filter suppresses overexposures from the underlying surface and glare of passive SC design, the signal control and processing unit performs calculation of passive SC speed and switching of TV camera operation modes.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a system of mutual measurements of SC approaching parameters, and as a result, increased safety, due to introduction of an additional system of control of SC approaching speed, not using active overexposure in radio and optical range and resistant to availability of extraneous light.
