FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: ear protectors with acoustic hazard indicator contain a headband on ends of which cups of ear protectors are provisioned, each is designed as a housing with an elastic insert, a filler designed as a noise-attenuating package and a shock-absorber, a power unit, a microphone, an evaluator and a multi-mode light indicator designed with a possibility of colour acoustic hazard coding of conditions of activity. The shock-absorber keeps elasticity in the temperature range from minus 40 to plus 40 degrees, the external coating of cups provides the reflection of infrared and/or ultra-violet radiation, and the multi-mode light indicator is placed in the cup of ear protectors the external wall of which is made from optically transparent material. The ear protectors are also fitted with a communication headset, an active sound damping system, a chinstrap, light reflecting elements, a video camera, non-volatile memory, photo cells, a radio-frequency user identification system. Ear protectors are designed with a possibility of folding, and the shock-absorber of cups of ear protectors is designed dismountable.
EFFECT: expansion of operational possibilities and improvement of convenience of use of ear protectors.
