FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve design is suggested to ensure zero leak via the flanged gate valve (MV). The flanged gate valve is made with possibility of the pipeline complete closing according to the specified requirements. Base or bottom of the flanged gate valve (MV) is connected by fluid with inlet of the first controlled valve (V1), that by fluid connects with inlet of the second controlled valve (V2). The re is a chamber (C) for fluid connected by fluid with outlet of the first controlled valve (V1) and outlet of the second controlled valve (V2). Via the outlet of the second controlled valve (V2) drainage can be performed, and controlled valves (V1, V2) are made with possibility of activation by signal from the provided transmitter of transmitters (S1-5).
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of the gate valve due to accuracy of fluid leaks detection.
