FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physics and particularly to generation of microwave radiation, and can be used to design microwave generators. A magnetron is fitted with an additional microwave converter for generating dc voltage and an electron source is made of beta-radioactive material. The dc voltage between the anode - cavity system - and the cathode - cylindrical electron source - is generated by converting part of the energy from an energy output system using a microwave rectifier.
EFFECT: absence of external power sources.
