FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for extraction from the target of the target components received as result of exposure. Under the specified method the target (19) is made as cylinder with central rod, with two plugs positioned at the cylinder center, target sealing from two sides, and ring space filling with target components. At that initially cutting is performed in horizontal position simultaneously from both sides, and plugs are removed, target if turned to vertical position, and then by jogging the central rod and exposed target components are removed from the target casing. The specified device contains device for the target opening equipped with base (1), on which two devices for ends of round target (10) opening, and rods on which the carriage (4) moves with secured on it rotating flat vice and vibrator (9). Besides, the device for opening of the round target ends contains a plate on which the table is rotated by means the hand drive.

EFFECT: possibility of the remote target opening in radiation protected "hot" chambers, and further use of the exposed target components.
