FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: one or several identical independent spectrometric channels of gamma-radiators are used to record time series of the intensity of spectral composition of medium gamma-radiation for selected time interval. Gamma-spectrometric channels are graduated by determination of calibration curve by position of peaks of complete absorption of gamma-radiation. Note here that in calibration of said gamma-spectrometric channels, preset natural irradiators are used as gamma-radiation radiators. Said natural radiators are located in medium to record their energy spectra of gamma-radiation for selected time interval and to isolate peaks of complete absorption of gamma-radiation of said radiators from obtained spectrum. Obtained data is used to detect and to identify radioactive abnormalities.
EFFECT: required completeness of statistical data on fluctuations in media.
