FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration grinder contains a casing installed on the platform with inclination at angle β to horizon towards loading-unloading, and the vibrator installed under the platform horizontally with the possibility of change of form of the casing oscillations trajectory from round to vertical ellipse. Wherein the casing is made out of sections with creation over its external and internal perimeter of the multiple-thread screw surfaces of triangular shape, and of the unidirectional multiple-thread screw lines. Each section is made in form of the round sector made out of strap bent alternatively to different sides along the straight bend lines, located on the strap with same spacing and at angle to the strap edges with creation of the similar tetragons with two parallel sides. At tat the strap is coiled in ring with multifaceted surface, and sections are connected with each other by free sides of the tetragons in form of the hollow casing with creation along its perimeter both on external surface, and internal surface of the multi-thread screw surfaces of triangular shape, and unidirectional multi-thread screw lines.
EFFECT: higher capacity of grinding, expanded process performances.
