FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to erection of bases and foundations of reservoirs in permafrost soils. The method to arrange a panel-wall foundation of a reservoir with cooled product in weak permafrost soil, with additional freezing of massif of permafrost soil, carried out by the method of forced controlled supply of coolant or refrigerant into wells by means of instantaneous heat elements with specified temperature from the source of its cooling or heating along closed distributing manifolds to form a soil board that exceeds in plan dimensions of the main panel-wall foundation, thickness and shape of the soil board provide for its strength under operating loads and reduction of stresses in permafrost soil under the soil board to rated values. To freeze the soil board, they additionally use internal negative temperature of cooled product contained in the reservoir. Heat elements in the frozen soil board are installed along several diametral dimensions, in each direction they install three rows of heat elements - in the first tow into the well they install main deep heat elements designed to freeze the soil board, in the second row the depth of auxiliary heat elements reduces from one edge of the board to the opposite edge, in the third row the depth of heat elements increases from the same edge of the board to the opposite edge. As the size of the soil base freezing halo increases from the cooled product in the reservoir, some heat elements of the first row of each direction that are fully within this halo with temperature below rated value are disconnected from the outer source of cooling.

EFFECT: increased reliability of a panel-wall foundation of a reservoir, increased cost-effectiveness of works during operation of foundations.
