SUBSTANCE: hair clipping device contains a base part (20), a working head (21) and at least one turning mechanism (10) positioned between the base part and the working head for turning movement of the working head relative to the base axis. The turning element contains the contact body (11)(having a contact surface (14) and connected to the base part) and a counteracting body (13) that has a rolling surface (14) interacting with the roller surface and is stationarily connected to the working head. The turning mechanism additionally contains a fixture unit (15) for connection of the contact body to the counteracting body.
EFFECT: reduced complexity and cost of the device manufacture.
