FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer luminescent double-sided emitting structure is manufactured from rolls permanently; it consists of emitting layer, two transparent films with two electroconductive layers and two current feed bars, which are passed through rollers and then cut into panels of the preset size and their butt ends are insulated. At that the emitting layer is formed of polymer-luminophor composite, which is applied preliminary on the electroconductive layer of the transparent film to a half of the emitting layer thickness, then dried, at that narrow edges of emitting layers are remained free from polymer-luminophor composite and current feed bars made of copper are laid on them; two rolls of half thickness are connected by diffused welding at hot rolls.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing technology and reduced labour intensity of the process and own costs of the ready product without sacrificing operational performance.
