FIELD: individual protecting- illuminating means meant for illumination of objects and protective luminous action in case of threat of attack. SUBSTANCE: portable laser protective device has case housing power supply unit, semiconductor laser diode and lens mounted for movement along optical axis. Device is fitted with lens element made of at least two cylindrical lenses, one of them being fixed in case and another one being mounted for turn through angle multiple of 90 degrees with reference to initial position, for which position in which main sections of first and second lenses having same profile are perpendicular one another and main section of second lens is aligned with plane perpendicular to smaller side of radiating butt of luminous body of laser radiator and passes through center of its output window is adopted. Front focus of lens is aligned with radiating butt of luminous body. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of security measures and protection against attack thanks to more accurate and directional action. 2 cl, 3 dwg
