FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: meter comprises a generator, a bridge, a zero detector. The generator comprises pulse shapers, a synchroniser, a switchboard, a power amplifier. The first branch of the bridge comprises an object of measurement and a single resistor, the common output of which forms the first output of the bridge. The second branch of the bridge comprises a single resistor and a multi-element balancing dipole. The meter includes an additional capacitor, and connection of bridge circuit elements is changed. In the second branch of the bridge circuit the additional capacitor is connected in parallel to the available inductance coil, in parallel to the same inductance coil the available third resistor is connected, the free output of the first resistor is connected to the first output of the pulse generator, the common output of the first resistor and the inductance coil forms the second output of the bridge circuit output, which is connected to the second output of the first (differential) zero indicator, in the dipole of the object of measurement of the first branch of the bridge circuit the free output of the second resistor is connected to the common output of the available inductance coil and the first resistor.

EFFECT: increased accuracy.
