FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piezoelectric and/or pyroelectric composite material. Essence: material includes dielectric matrix (11), filler from at least one inorganic piezoelectric and/or pyroelectric material. Filler includes thread-like nanoparticles (12), distributed on the entire volume of solid dielectric matrix (11) with amount by volume less than 50%. Main elongation directions of fibre-like nanoparticles (12) of inorganic filler, distributed in dielectric matrix (11), have in fact isotropic distribution in solid dielectric matrix (11). Invention also relates to method of manufacturing and application of such hybrid material for production of construction components and films on carrier, obtained by precipitation on such substrate surface.
EFFECT: high piezoelectric and/or pyroelectric response with reduced part of functional filler, provision of combination of plasticity, strength and low dielectric permeability of organic polymer materials with electrically active properties of inorganic piezoelectric and/or pyroelectric materials, low intensity of electric field at polarisation.
