SUBSTANCE: device includes an electric motor and a current sensor, which are connected to a feed network through a voltage adjustment device, an integration unit, a zero speed sensor of the electric motor, a threshold element, a controlled voltage divider; besides, the device additionally includes a quad unit and a functional converter; determination of current temperature of an armature is performed in the device depending on current and rotation speed.

EFFECT: increasing sensitivity of protection to possible overloads of an electric motor with self-ventilation at low rotation speeds and currents below the rated one.
