Then the clear solution is transferred into the vessel for performance of monosaccharide composition study by capillary electrophoresis method with indirect detecting using; monosaccharide weight fraction is determined according to the special formula.

EFFECT: invention ensures determination of monosaccharide weight fraction in invert syrup, reduction of time for study performance and determination accuracy enhancement.
