SUBSTANCE: method envisages batch weighing, dissolution in distilled water, thorough stirring till the batch dissolution, extraction in an ultrasonic bath, solution filtration and centrifugation. Then the clear solution is transferred into the vessel for performance of monosaccharide composition study by capillary electrophoresis method with indirect detecting using; monosaccharide weight fraction is determined according to the special formula.
EFFECT: invention ensures determination of monosaccharide weight fraction in invert syrup, reduction of time for study performance and determination accuracy enhancement.
