FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves multiple dilution of a sample to total sugar content of more than 10 g/dm3, centrifuging and conducting analysis on a capillary electrophoresis system in a quartz capillary with effective length of 0.5 m, inner diameter of 75 mcm, wherein according to the invention, analysis is conducted using a main electrolyte containing 4 g/dm3 potassium sorbate, 8 g/dm3 10% aqueous solution of a cetyl-trimethyl-ammonium base (CTA-OH), 36 g/dm3 glycerine, 0.16 g/dm3 potassium hydroxide, with negative polarity of voltage and detection wavelength of 254 nm.
EFFECT: faster, improved and high objectivity of quantitative analysis of sugars.
