FIELD: mining operations.
SUBSTANCE: flotation classifier for ore beneficiation comprises a cylindrical conical chamber with the discharger of sands located in the lower part, a cylindrical conical flow distributor mounted inside the chamber coaxially with it, a sloped drain pipe mounted in the upper part of the cylindrical conical flow distributor, the aerators mounted in the space between the walls of the chamber and the flow distributor, and an electrode station, and an annual foam-collecting chute located on the outside of the chamber for the upper product. And in the upper part of the annular foam-collecting chute along its perimeter the tapering chutes are mounted obliquely to the periphery, with the boards of constant height and with the vertical pipes in the lower narrow part of the bottom, which are connected to the collector of the lower product, and over the vertical pipes in the tapering chutes the flow adjusters of the lower product are mounted.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the flotation classification due to intensification of the process of the secondary mineral concentration in the foam layer.
