FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and loop system for thermal power outfeed from spent (discharge) waters. Method of the thermal power outfeed from the discharge waters for the building heating or cooling comprises: supply in discharge water loop via discharge water drain line to filer unit in column of drain water intake located in separate building of part of untreated drain water transported via the sewage header, with catching and removal of drain water solid fractions; supply of filtered drain water to first side of at least one heat-exchanger, and further supply of used drain water after thermal power outfeed from it to return line of spent drain water with washout of the spent drain water to the sewage header of previously returned large fractions, supply in main loop of the work medium circulating via the another side of the heat-exchanger to evaporator or to the compressor of the heat pump depending on the selected operation mode, and supply of heating work medium circulating in the heat pump to the gathering tank of the additional loop, then from the tank to the heat user, at that the heat-exchanger is the shell-tube heat-exchanger.

EFFECT: invention ensures simple and economically effective heat outfeed from discharge (drain) waters.
