SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a clamping device for beverage vessels holders, in particular intended for usage in cars. The beverage container holder (12) contains the container vessel (13) formed by the base (14) and the external body (15) as well as a clamping device (10). The clamping device (10) contains a bearing element (18), a retaining clamp (16) and a resilient element (17) represented by a flexible beam positioned between the bearing element (18) and the retaining clamp (16). The resilient element (17) is represented by a two-way action flexible beam ensuring linear displacement of the retaining clamp (16) by the object being retained. The two-way action flexible beam contains two essentially parallel flexure springs, their ends rigidly attached to the retaining clamp (16) and to the bearing element (18) ensuring compression due to double flexure with anti-parallel oriented flexure radii.

EFFECT: improvement of fixation of varied size beverage containers.
