FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: beverage making device is proposed, designed for making a beverage from a capsule in clamping device (30). The clamping device has first clamping element (31) and the second clamping element, while inner surfaces of the first clamping element and the second clamping element form clamp chamber (33) designed for essentially surrounding capsule (10) and providing a support for capsule (10) during beverage making. The second clamping element contains rigid peripheral frame (32) with the central empty space, and elastic layer (37) overlapping the specified central empty space. There is piston (36) located in the central empty space and elastically connected to peripheral frame (32) for providing the possibility of limited elastic movement of rigid peripheral frame (32) relatively to piston (36).
EFFECT: obtaining a beverage making device.
