SUBSTANCE: invention is to be applied in automatic machines for hot beverages preparation. The tube maker has a tube valve (1) containing a tube conduit (2, 2') for liquids (35) and/or gases, a clamping appliance (17a, 17b) adjusting the device flow (5, 6, 7). The clamping appliance is designed so that to enable the tube conduit compression to decrease its inner diameter with a view of regulating the flow of liquid through the tube conduit (2, 2'). The appliance (5, 6, 7) adjusting the device flow changes the tube conduit (2, 2') orientation during operation. The clamping appliance (17a, 17b) is connected to the flow adjustment device (5, 6, 7). Additionally described is the tube valve (1) design way. The tube valve (1) contains the flow adjustment device (5, 6, 7) orientation that adjusts the tube conduit direction during operation.
