FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities capable to move over water, ground and air on air cushion (AC) in modes of aerostatic and aerodynamic support and concerns design of AC semirigid guard. The guard consists of components each one of which represents a pair of sideboards, front driving shield or rear driving shield and provides for execution of one component as two-level with inflatable sealed chamber at lower level. Upper level of two-level guard component is formed by rigid sealed shell with aerodynamic external surface. The inflatable sealed chamber of lower level is made of laminated textile panels with transverse fibres-ties, is fixed on lower end of rigid sealed shell and forms together with it common aerodynamic configuration.
EFFECT: improved air cushion semirigid guard design having good aerodynamic and flexible properties and providing movement in modes of aerostatic and aerodynamic support.
