SUBSTANCE: mandrel (24) of the feeding device of the closure with the neck comprises a shoulder (26) extending around it. The neck (4) of the closure (2) comprises a number of ribs (12) extending along the neck (4) protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the neck (4) and distributed over this surface, and the shoulder (26) has a maximum radius from the longitudinal axis of the mandrel greater than the radius from this axis of the radially directed inner parts of the respective protrusions (12), and the mandrel (24) is inserted into the neck (4) deep enough that these radially directed outer parts of the shoulder (26) are located behind the said radially directed inner parts.
EFFECT: improvement of the capping method.
