SUBSTANCE: capping device (1) for a neck contains case (2) having annular wall (6) of the case, passing along the main axis (X) between base (10) of the capping device and edge (7) of the annular wall of the case. The capping device can be screwed on neck (60) containing: connecting part (62) adapted for being welded to thin walls of a package; and tube (66) protruding from connecting part (62) along the axis (Y) of the neck and ending with input part (68); moreover, tube (62) contains gripping section (70) containing guiding ring (74). There are also connecting means, which connect capping device (1) to neck (60), even when capping device (1) is unscrewed. Connecting means contain ring (30) placed on gripping section (70) of neck (60), connected to the neck in the axial direction by means of guiding ring (74), and at least partially flexible binding element (32), which connects neck (30) to capping device (1). At the same time, binding element (32) contains part (34) from the side of the capping device, connected to capping device (1) and essentially non-deformable, part (36) from the side of the neck, connected to ring (30) and essentially non-deformable, and intermediate flexible part (38), as well as alignment means adapted to prevent misalignment in the circumferential direction between part (34) from the side of the capping device and part (36) from the side of the neck, when they are applied to each other.
