SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics, in particular to the application and to a method of applying a 40% glucose solution as means, providing transport of riboflavin through covering tissues. The method of application consists in the application of the glucose solution on a selected section of the covering tissues, keeping it on the surface of the covering tissues for 9-10 minutes, removal of glucose residues with the further application of a 0.1% solution of riboflavin on the processed section of the covering tissues and its 30-minute exposure.
EFFECT: realisation of the invention makes it possible to reduce side effects of the preparation and use it for thin covering tissues due to the application of a 40% solution of glucose as means, providing transport of riboflavin through the covering tissues.
