SUBSTANCE: combined shaped lining for high-speed compact element formation includes jet-forming part of hemispheric shape interfacing with a cylindrical cutoff part. Thickness of jet-forming part of shaped lining decreases from hemisphere top to its base from (0.08-0.1)RC to (0.03-0.05)RC where RC is the external radius of the hemisphere. Thickness of cylindrical cutoff part of shaped lining is 0.5-1.0 of the hemisphere base thickness.
EFFECT: increased speed of high-speed compact elements.
