SUBSTANCE: seeder contains a tool interacting with soil, and lever of compacting toll hingedly connected with the supporting structure of the compacting roll. The compacting roll is installed with possibility of rotation, and is made with possibility of rolling over soil surface to limit depth of penetration in soil of the tool interacting with soil. The seeder contains an assembly for depth adjustment, it has slot in the lever of the compacting roll, the appropriate slot in the supporting structure of the compacting roll and fixing element passing through the slots. Under such configuration depth of penetration of the tool interacting with soil varies by means of the fixing element position adjustment in the slots.

EFFECT: invention reduces time of re-adjustment of the tool interacting with soil to other depth of penetration.
