FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to art enamelling and can be used in production of jewellery, art pieces and souvenirs. This process comprises pre-application of enamel primer on part surface and making of pattern of enamel threads on said primer at high or low surface tension. In making said patter, enamel primer is fused by gas torch open flame at rear of metal part without contact between flame and enamel surface. Said fused surface is brought in contact with the end of continuous enamel thread retained at 0-75 degrees relative to perpendicular to surface being decorated. As primer enamel smelts, said thread is laid thereon to make a preset pattern. Then, metal piece wit made patter is cooled in air to hardening.

EFFECT: decorative enamel surface with complex flat pattern.
