SUBSTANCE: this device comprises floor weigher, axis counter and speedometer as well as station hardware including control module and computer-aided operator workstation. Control module comprises first signal inverter, car cut parameter analyzer, control signal output unit and decision making unit. Said computer-aided operator workstation consists of hardware-and-software processor, and computer-aided operator workstation control and indication board. Outputs of axis counter, speedometer and contact pickups of decelerator depress pedals are connected via second unit of galvanic separation to inputs of the first conversion unit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of decelerator control and control over its power parameters.
