FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the method of control of an electric load or a unit power by AC voltage through the extended transmission line. The invention relates to the electric drive controller intended for electric energy transmission from the power supply to a unit or a load along a cable of the extended AC electric power line the length of which is measured by in kilometres. The electric drive controller contains electric circuits and/or is characterized by control processes for supply of AC signal with the constant voltage to frequency ratio for the purpose of control of the named unit and load. Whether voltage and/or frequency fluctuations, initially induced by load, present or not, the electric drive controller maintains on the unit leads certain voltage and frequency values by means of high-speed change of the converter output signal depending on the load or the unit or another load on the basis of calculation of voltage and current on the unit leads and respective signal control at the electric drive controller output.
EFFECT: simplification of system, improvement of its noise stability due to elimination of need in formation of voltage feedback.
