FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport. Proposed system comprises diagnostics circuit with monitoring centre consisting of server, workstations of the users and wireless terminals connected via radio channel with control centre located at moving vehicle. Vehicle onboard computer is connected with car monitoring subsystems. This system incorporates wireless communication terminals connecting electric train onboard monitoring systems with the depot and monitoring centre diagnostics circuits located in traffic routes at stations. Diagnostics circuits include potable and stationary diagnostics systems and data terminals of electric train operation and repair control. Servers of diagnostics circuits are connected into info cluster to make a monitoring centre. Software of said servers supports automatically the data identity thereat and individual display of monitoring results at workstations and data terminals of diagnostics circuit.
