FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to diagnostic engineering of rolling stock of railway transport. The system includes remote vibration measurement unit, six vibration sensors, rotational velocity sensor and control unit of wheeled motor unit drive. Computer is connected to communication unit to field equipment, which is connected to remote vibration measurement unit and control unit of wheeled motor unit drive, which is connected to power circuits of electric motor of diagnosed wheeled motor unit of motor rolling stock of cars. Rotational velocity sensor is located on the wheel of wheeled motor unit. Vibration sensors are installed on axle boxes of wheeled pair, traction engine supports, bearings of drive and driven gearbox gears of wheeled motor unit in the zones of maximum total forces. Rotational velocity sensor is connected via remote vibration measurement unit and connection unit to field equipment to control unit of wheeled motor unit drive for maintaining the specified speed mode of wheeled motor units during diagnostics. System is also provided with wireless terminal and feedback input in control unit.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of diagnostics results of technical state of wheeled motor units of motor rolling stock of cars.
