SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring the condition of multiple units and the quality of passenger transportation. The control system of multiple units contains a monitoring center, monitoring subsystems of head cars, motor and trailer cars, the monitoring center is connected via radio channels of the mobile communication network with the monitoring subsystem of head cars and contains a data processing server to which the application server for the personnel is connected, automated workstations of the personnel are connected to the latter, and via radio channels of the mobile communication network, the mobile automated workstations of personnel (for example, smartphones/tablets/communicators), the monitoring subsystems of head, motor and trailer cars are equipped with data collection and processing modules, intra-car and inter-car radio communication modules, and the monitoring subsystem of the head cars also contains a navigation module and a GSM radio communication module connected to the modules of inter-car radio communication of the head cars. Moreover, the monitoring center (1) also includes an application server for passengers (10) connected to the data processing server (6), made with the possibility of connecting to it via radio channels of the network (5) of mobile communication of passengers’ mobile devices, the monitoring subsystems of head, motor and trailer cars are equipped with wireless autonomous sensors (16-20) and wireless door opening and closing control modules (21), moreover, the wireless autonomous sensors (16-20) are connected via wireless communication channels to the data collection and processing module (12) and (through 12) to the inter-car radio communication module (13). Communication of the onboard components of the system is carried out using LoRa technology.

EFFECT: possibility of quality control of transportation services by passengers of multiple units is achieved.
