FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a cultivation method of photosynthesising microorganisms in a photobioreactor of a closed type with a working volume containing culture liquid. The method involves supply of a gas mixture containing carbon dioxide to the working volume of the photobioreactor, lighting of culture liquid from a source of artificial light and its mixing. Before the beginning of the cultivation process to the working volume of the photobioreactor to the culture liquid there added are granules of fluorescent dye with continuous afterglow in the amount of 10-30% of the culture liquid volume. Granules of fluorescent dye are provided with a transparent external cover from chemically and biologically inert material. At continuous or periodic sampling of the culture liquid from the working volume of the photobioreactor the granules of fluorescent dye are separated by means of a mesh filter.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for a cultivation process of photosynthesising microorganisms and increase of efficiency of the process.
