SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cultivation of microalgae. Method of Chlorella microalgae cultivation. Method comprises culturing a microalgae suspension in a photobioreactor in which the microalgae suspension is stirred for 13–17 minutes at a rotation speed of 500 rpm every 120 minutes. In this case, the cultivation is also carried out with continuous air purging by means of a bubbling device at a rate of 1.2–1.8 l/min at a temperature of 26–30 °C, continuous exposure to infrared radiation of 10,900–11,300 LK and with a surface illumination of 2,200–2,800 LK with a photoperiod of 12 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in biomass growth with minimal energy costs.
