SUBSTANCE: unit comprises the toroidal shield housing, angled to the horizontal plane, with a door, loading and drain pipes. In the housing there are spherical volume resonators formed of two parts. The upper parts of the resonators are rigidly fixed under the emitters of microwave generators arranged on the upper side of the shield housing. The lower parts of the resonators located between the dielectric rims are attached hingedly in the middle to the drive ring gear resting on the support rollers. The ring gear located inside the guide rim, rigidly attached to the housing, is engaged to the drive sprocket on the shaft of the electric drive, which is located outside the housing. From the lower part of the housing in the part of its minimum inclination the piezoelectric elements of the ultrasonic generator are mounted.

EFFECT: invention provides a process intensification of processing guts with preserving their quality and destruction of bacterial flora.
