SUBSTANCE: microwave unit with a biconical resonator for defrosting cow colostrum in continuous mode comprises coaxially located biconical resonator 3 in vertically arranged cylindrical container 9. It is located vertically. Along horizontal axis of biconical resonator dielectric perforated disk 5 is installed in toothed rim 6 engaged with drive sprocket 7 installed on shaft of electric drive 8 on outer side of resonator. Dielectric scraper 13 is rigidly secured above disc 5. On the generatrix of the cone along the perimeter of the base with shift of 120 degrees there are magnetrons 4 so that the radiators are directed inside biconical resonator 3. To the upper vertex of the resonator there is tapered container 1 with finned rollers 2 arranged inside it with possibility of adjusting the gap between them. Evanescent wave-guide 11 with tap 12 is docked to the lower vertex of the resonator. Above the base of cylindrical container 9 there is a tubular electric heater 10.

EFFECT: can be used for defrosting cow colostrum in farms.
