FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: stabiliser gyrocompass (SGC) contains first gyroscope, additional frame, first and second actuators, their rotors are respectively connected with rotating shaft and axis of the additional frame, and stators are connected with additional frame and SGC casing, the first and second accelerometers, the second and third gyroscopes installed in SGC casing, which axes are mutually orthogonal and parallel, on-board calculator containing unit generating orientation angles, suspension control unit, unit for calculation and automatic compensation of error of azimuth determination, and control device.

EFFECT: actuators ensure fixed turns of the rotating shaft and additional frame of the suspension relatively to the longitudinal and transverse axes of SGC relatively to the direction perpendicular to SGC base.
