FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods and devices for determining a discrepancy between coordinate systems of different technological systems. The method includes the determination of a coordinate position of a reference element on a test-object in a coordinate system (u-v), connected with the first technical system, connection with the test-object of at least one test-element, position of which is determined in a coordinate system (x-y) of the second technical system relative to the coordinate position of the reference element; determination of a coordinate position of at least one test-element and/or at least one element, derived from it, in the coordinate system (u-v) of the first technical system. After that the method includes the determination of discrepancies between the coordinate systems of the first and second technical systems with the application of the obtained coordinate position of at least one test-element and/or at least one element, derived from it, in the coordinate system (u-v) of the first technical system and the coordinate position of the reference element in the coordinate system (u-v) of the first technical system. The test-object which is used in the method has an optically noticeable pattern. A zone around the pattern is made with a possibility of generating in it optically noticeable test-elements by means of local laser irradiation. A device for laser surgical ophthalmology contains a laser device, an eye tracker and a control unit.
EFFECT: provision of realisation of the method for the determination of discrepancies between the coordinate systems.
