SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical engineering, in particular to a laser apparatus, system and method for determining the depth of localization of the focal point of the laser beam. Laser device may be connected to the interface device comprising a flattened member having front and back surfaces. A laser beam having a predetermined profile is focused through a flattening element to the focal point detected by the composite image formed by parasitic reflections corresponding to reflection from the front surface of the flattening element and a normal reflection corresponding to reflection from the rear surface of the element. Next, the filtering of parasitic reflections from the composite image takes place.
EFFECT: using the stored normal reflection, you can determine the depth of localization of the focal point of the laser beam.
