SUBSTANCE: invention relates to charged particles accelerator. Claimed accelerator comprises at least two high-frequency resonators to accelerate pulse sequence including several bundles of particles. Besides it comprises high-frequency resonator control device. Said control device allows adjustment of appropriate high-frequency fields generated in said resonators are adjusted independently so that several bundles of particles at acceleration of pulse sequence get different accelerations. Besides, control device allows adjustment of appropriate high-frequency fields generated in said resonators are adjusted independently so that several bundles of particles at acceleration of pulse sequence get different accelerations.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of acceleration, more flexible control, fast irradiation of wide range of depths.
