SUBSTANCE: invention relates to charged particles accelerator. Claimed accelerator comprises at least two high-frequency resonators to accelerate pulse sequence including several bundles of particles. Besides it comprises high-frequency resonator control device. Said control device allows adjustment of appropriate high-frequency fields generated in said resonators are adjusted independently so that several bundles of particles at acceleration of pulse sequence get different accelerations. EFFECT: higher efficiency of acceleration, more flexible control, fast irradiation of wide range of depths.
