FIELD: demolition works.

SUBSTANCE: pyrotechnical composition contains ammonium perchlorate, combustible binder, a flame arrester and a burning rate regulator, Ag3CuJ4 is an ice-forming reagent, the iodating additive which is iodide potassium or iodide ammonium and a process additive. The combustible binder of the composition is polybutadiene rubber with isocyanate hardening system, the flame arrester is (NH4)2C2O4, and the burning rate regulator is CuO.

EFFECT: improvement of stability, increase of a warranty period of pyrotechnical composition at preservation of crystallising action threshold and yield of active nuclei of crystallisation at low temperatures.
