FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: repaired building facade comprises new facing brickwork, installed with a gap to the building bearing wall, and facilities for fixation of new brickwork to the bearing building wall, at the same time the new facing brickwork is made in the form of modules, each module comprises a frame from shaped elements, where facing bricks are fixed, each facility for fixation of new brickwork to the bearing wall of the building is made in the form of a shelf fixed on the wall, where the upper shaped element of the appropriate module rests and to which it is fixed, and the lower shaped element of each above module is engaged with the upper shaped element of the below module. The method of building facade repair includes dismantling of at least partial brickwork of old facing bricks, and fixation of new brickwork of facing bricks on the bearing wall of the building with a gap relative to it, besides, fixation of new facing brickwork is done in the form of modules. The upper shaped element of each module is rested onto shelves fixed on the bearing wall of the building and attached to them, and the lower shaped element is engaged with the upper shaped element of the below module.

EFFECT: simplified process of building facade repair, reduced time for repair, increased quality of building facade repair due to use of finished modules including brickwork.
