FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: supermarine carrier releases an underwater vehicle (UWV) and together with it a buoy repeater fitted with an antenna for reception of commands and a transmitter repeater. For implementation of start-up and control of UWV on the carrier a computing device (CD), a launcher and devices of object monitoring channels and UWV control are installed. In addition there are three channels: the channel of buoy repeater monitoring by the carrier with the communication line and devices facilitating its monitoring; channel of object-target and UWV monitoring by additional information sources; channel of monitoring of additional sources of information by the carrier. UWV is monitored by hydroacoustic devices of the carrier and/or additional sources of information, and also by execution of calculations in the CD by speed, direction and movement time. The communication line "ship - buoy" of UWV control channel is implemented using radio engineering, hydroacoustic or optical (laser) devices.
EFFECT: possibility of PAS carrier, supermarine or submarine to perform remote control and thus avoid limitations in manoeuvring to bypass navigation hazards, avoidance of collisions with hazardous subjects or other targets.
