SUBSTANCE: neck brace contains base with fixers, fastened on edges, with possibility to form closed tube in working position. Base consists of symmetrically cut out facial element and occipital element, height of middle part of which is selected with rest against occipital protuberance and spine in zone of 7-th cervical vertebra. Height of occipital element edge is determined by distance between angle of lower jaw and point of the neck base at the side. Length of occipital element equals width of user's lineage. Base is cut out in form of high-necked collar tightly fitting the neck. Invention can be used for correction of motor stereotype while carrying out procedures aimed at correction of protruded forward.

EFFECT: balanced support of head with preserved right angle chin-neck-surface.
