FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and coloproctology. Vein legs of hemorrhoid nodes are sutured to excision of mucous submucosal layer at 1.0–1.5 cm from dentate line. Above each hemorrhoid mucosa submucous layer is pulled and a sharp path under eye control, removing a flap of mucous-submucosal layer in form of an ellipse, width and length of which correspond to width and length of hemorrhoid, so that major axis of ellipse is parallel to rectal axis. Defect of mucous-submucosal layer is closed in transverse direction in relation to rectal axis by manual interrupted sutures.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of fistula fetus and rectovaginal fistula, as well as reducing a risk of developing anal canal stricture, postoperative hemorrhages, reducing the risk of developing phlegmon of retroperitoneal tissue, reducing soreness of the operation.
