SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for predicting the development of excessive scarring in patients after proctological surgery, including performing an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of peripheral blood and determining the levels of C-reactive protein, haptoglobin and albumin in the peripheral blood serum of patients, where an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of peripheral blood, including determination in serum levels of C-reactive protein, haptoglobin and albumin, carried out before and after surgery on the 5th and 11th day, with an increase by day 5 of the postoperative period, the concentration of C-reactive protein from 85.0 to 241.33 g/l, haptoglobin from 1.14 to 1.83 g/l and a decrease in the level of serum albumin from 42.28 to 31 , 05 g/l, and by day 11, with an increase in comparison with preoperative indicators, respectively: C-reactive protein up to 150%, haptoglobin up to 140%, and the concentration of serum albumin without a tendency to recovery predict excessive scar formation.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of predicting the development of excessive scar formation in patients after surgery and shortens the duration of postoperative recovery.
