FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: cocktail contains 90-99.9 wt % of fermented wort and 0.09-5 wt % of a flavourant composition consisting of 10-40 wt % of at least one flavourant selected from a group of natural flavourants, artificial flavourants, nature-identical flavourants, smoke flavourants, aromatic extracts and process flavourants, and 60-90 wt % of ethanol, propylene glycol, an alcohol-containing product or mixture thereof, in each case with respect to the total weight of the flavourant composition. The cocktail is prepared by mixing the ingredients in certain amounts.
EFFECT: invention improves storage stability of the cocktail.
