FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: fasciocutaneous flap of the broadest muscle of the back is cut out. The circumflex artery of the scapula is ligatured. A vascular pedicle including a. toracodorsalis with associated veins, as well as branches of the posterior axillary nerve, is formed. The broadest muscle of the back is folded in two, shifted with the fasciocutaneous flap onto the posterior surface of the shoulder through the formed tunnel from the triangular foramen to the posterior shoulder. The proximal portion of the extensor expansion of the broadest muscle of the back is fixed to a superior one-third of the shoulder bone, and a distal portion - to the olecranon. The fasciocutaneous flap is placed into a diastasis between the wound edges of the posterior surface of the shoulder.
EFFECT: method enables maintaining the strength of the transplanted muscle, reducing a risk of vascular thrombosis.
